1. Overview

These Terms of Service explain the agreement between you (the customer) and Susan McCreevy Artist Ltd.
By enrolling in, purchasing, or accessing any membership, course, or service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Susan McCreevy Artist Ltd provides:

Online courses
Membership services
Educational content for mixed media artists

3. Platform (Kajabi)

All courses and membership content are hosted and delivered via Kajabi, a third-party platform.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

Access is provided through Kajabi
You will be required to create a Kajabi account or log in via Kajabi
Technical functionality of the platform is managed by Kajabi

4. Courses & Membership Access

All content is delivered online through a password-protected platform
Access details will be sent to the email used at registration
Content is available only while your access is active
Access continues for as long as your subscription is active
Once your membership ends or is cancelled, access will be removed
Content is streaming-only and cannot be downloaded
Bought courses are yours to keep but may be updated or modified at any time.
Susan McCreevy Artist Ltd reserves the right to update, modify, or remove content at any time

5. Payments

Membership pricing is $19 per month unless otherwise stated
No free trial is offered unless explicitly advertised
Payment is required in full or via an agreed payment plan
Your purchase is confirmed once payment is successfully processed

6. Refund Policy - Membership

You can cancel at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. There will be no partial refunds offered for unused time.
You are responsible for reviewing all available information before purchasing

7. Cancellations – Membership

Membership cancellation is managed through Kajabi
Cancelling your membership will stop future billing
You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
Once your billing period ends, access to all content will be removed

8. Refund Policy – Individual Courses (Non-Membership)

Refunds for standalone courses are available only if:

You request a refund within 7 days of purchase, and
You have accessed less than 25% of the course content

If either condition is not met, no refund will be issued unless required by law.

Accessing course content is considered use of the digital service.

9. Personal Use & Copyright

Your registration is for personal, individual use only
You can watch, re-watch and learn from the materials
Make notes and use techniques in your own artwork
Share your own work created using what you have learned
You agree not to share your login details with others
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, or share any course or membership content
Use the content for commercial teaching purposes
All materials are protected by copyright law

The content remains the intellectual property of Susan McCreevy Artist Ltd

10. Technical Requirements & Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

A stable internet connection
A suitable device
An up-to-date web browser compatible with Kajabi

Susan McCreevy Artist Ltd is not responsible for:

Internet or device-related issues
Browser or software compatibility issues
Interruptions caused by Kajabi or other third-party platforms

If you experience access issues, please contact: [email protected] Assistance will be provided where possible, but technical issues cannot be guaranteed to be resolved.

11. Health & Safety Disclaimer

You are responsible for the safe use of any tools, materials, or equipment used in connection with the courses or content.
Susan McCreevy Artist Ltd is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.

12. Content Delivery

Content may include videos, text, images, audio, and downloadable resources (where applicable)
Content is delivered via Kajabi
Login details will be sent to your registered email
Susan McCreevy Artist Ltd reserves the right to update or modify content at any time
Security settings or access credentials may be changed if necessary

13. Community Groups (Optional Bonus)

You may be invited to join a private Facebook or other online group
This is an optional, complimentary bonus
If you choose to join the facebook community please be kind and respectful to other members
It is not part of the core paid service
Access may be removed or the group discontinued at any time without notice

14. Privacy & Communications

By registering, you agree to receive email communications relating to:

Account and access updates
Service-related information
Course or membership updates

If you unsubscribe from emails, you may miss important service communications.

15. Use of Student Work & Testimonials

You grant permission for:

Images of your work and submitted materials to be used in promotional and marketing materials
Testimonials to be used for marketing purposes

This may include use across websites, social media, email marketing, and other promotional channels.
You will be credited where reasonably appropriate.
You may request removal of your work or testimonial at any time by contacting: [email protected]

16. Third-Party Content

Any third-party materials included within the courses or membership remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by copyright.

17. Termination

Susan McCreevy Artist Ltd reserves the right to terminate access if:

These terms are breached
Misuse of the service occurs

Membership cancellation is handled through Kajabi and stops future billing only.
