A website which acts as an online portfolio and art work sales for Susan McCreevyArtist (“us", "we", or "our").

This page is to give you a clear understanding of how we collect, use, disclose or otherwise handle non-Personal and Personal information that we receive from your usage of the Site. Personal is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context.

What type of information do we collect?

We receive, collect and store any Personal information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. including but not limited to:
   • email address,
   • first name and last name,
   • phone number,
   • mailing address.

In addition, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site. This may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

We also use Google Analytics to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

We collect information from you when:

  • you subscribe to our newsletter.
  • enter information to contact us or ask about making a purchase.
  • browse the Site.
  • you contact us or we contact you via email or other means.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  • to provide customer support and follow up after you have contacted us.
  • to send periodic emails regarding your order or other products and services.
  • to create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred non-personal Information, which we may use to provide and improve our services.

How do you communicate with your site visitors?

We may contact you regarding your purchase, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to gather feedback about our products and services, to send updates about our products, or as otherwise necessary to enforce applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.

For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail, depending on what contact information you have provided us with.

How do we store, use, disclose and protect your information?

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We only share your information via applications that we use to run the Site and our business as outlined below.

The Site is hosted on the spanglefish.com platform. Spanglefish.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through spanglefish.com's data storage, databases and the general spanglefish applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. We also use Google Workspace to provide our email services so when you communicate with us or us with you via email, this information will be stored in Google's data storage, databases and the general Google Workspace applications. We currently accept payments through PayPal but not through the website and do not pass any information to PayPal.  Please see Paypal policies for details of how they process your information and payment.

How long do we retain your information?

We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy notice and to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

What rights do you have over your personal information?

Access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.

Restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Objection to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

We also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experience in the future.

We don't use any other tracking tools currently.
